How we train
Personal Training, Classes & HYROX in Haverhill
A proven system that's helped 100+ Haverhill locals get stronger, fitter, and more confident.
Small Groups, Big Gains
We believe the best results come from small group personal training. Every member gets access to small group PT and our fitness classes, both capped at low numbers and led by our expert coaching team.
Personal Training
We deliver personal training in small groups of up to 6 people, so you get real coaching with a programme adapted to you. Even in a group, your training is individualised to your goals, your level, and your body. See more on our small-group personal training in Haverhill.
You'll train with weights to get stronger and build lean muscle, then increase your fitness and build your engine. But it's the coaching that makes the difference. You'll learn how to move better, train with proper technique, and grow in confidence every session. Our coaches guide you every step, so you're always improving and never left guessing what to do.
Fitness Classes
5 Signature Classes
Structured 50-minute sessions designed to build your engine, with good vibes, high energy and an endorphin hit that lasts all day.
IGNYT
Our signature class, and a chance for the community to get together and throw down in one big workout. Typically in doubles, triples or teams of 4, you go, I go, to give you exposure to a higher intensity with a team pushing you on.
METCON
An ideal class for those ready to work at higher intensities for prolonged periods. The work is hard and it keeps coming, so you go, you rest, and you go again. Higher-intensity erg work and weighted exercises, dosed to build your engine and to challenge you under fatigue.
HYROX
Running and functional movements built around the 8 stations you will meet in a HYROX. You run, then you work, then you run again, so you learn to hold a running pace with your legs already full. The session that gets you ready for a HYROX.
ENGINE
Designed to build your aerobic capacity through erg work at a mixture of different intensities, with solo, doubles, and triple efforts. Some days will be lower, steady aerobic pace, and other days will be threshold work and higher-intensity sprint efforts. It develops your pacing across different machines, and it complements your strength training without causing too much additional fatigue.
MOVE
A chance to get quality work in at a consistent pace over a continuous period, mixing ergs, bodyweight movements and simple strength exercises. Your job is to keep moving for 40 minutes, putting the quality of your movement first and paying attention to your pace, without letting the intensity take over.
