Small Groups, Big Gains

We believe the best results come from small group personal training. All members get access to small group PT and fitness classes, both kept to small numbers, led and supported by our expert coaching team.

Personal Training

We deliver personal training in small groups of up to 6 people, so you get real coaching with a programme adapted to you. Even in a group, your training is individualised to your goals, your level, and your body.

You'll train with weights to get stronger and build lean muscle, then increase your fitness and build your engine. But it's the coaching that makes the difference. You'll learn how to move better, train with proper technique, and grow in confidence every session. Our coaches guide you every step, so you're always improving, always developing, and never left guessing what to do.

Fitness Classes

5 Signature Classes

Structured 50-minute sessions designed to build your engine. Good vibes, high energy, and an endorphin hit that lasts all day.

IGNYT

Skill: Medium to High Intensity: High Impact: High

Team-based metabolic conditioning, run in pairs or teams of up to 4 in a "you go, I go" format where you and your partner alternate, one works while the other rests. Same benefits as METCON, with the added edge of working alongside someone. Built for community and shared effort.

METCON

Skill: Medium to High Intensity: High Impact: High

Metabolic conditioning combining erg machines and weighted exercises. Pushes aerobic capacity and physical work rate. Builds engine, burns fat, and develops physical confidence under fatigue.

HYROX

Skill: Medium Intensity: High Impact: High

Running and functional movements built around the HYROX competition format. Combines erg work, weighted carries, and HYROX-specific stations. Builds hybrid fitness, work capacity, and mental resilience under fatigue.

ENGINE

Skill: Low Intensity: High effort, sustained Impact: Low

Pure cardiovascular endurance work. Erg machines only: SkiErg, BikeErg, and Rower. Low skill, high effort. Improves cardiovascular fitness, develops pacing, power, and recovery, and builds mental resilience under fatigue.

MOVE

Skill: Low Intensity: Low to Medium Impact: Low

Aerobic low-intensity session combining erg work, bodyweight, and simple strength movements. Improves aerobic fitness and strength endurance with minimal stress on the body. Builds confidence in beginners and a great option for recovery days.
