Small Group Personal Training

The bread and butter of IGNYT. Personal training delivered in groups of up to 6. The benefits of 1-to-1 training, but with the motivation and vibe of training alongside others, all working towards the same thing. Designed to get you moving well, lifting weights with confidence, and feeling back at your best.

Fitness Classes

Five classes spread across the week: IGNYT, METCON, ENGINE, MOVE and HYROX. Programmed in pairs or threes for intensity, teamwork, and energy. You never train alone.

1-to-1 Consultation

A dedicated session at the start with one of our coaches. We work through your goals, your history, what's been holding you back, and what success looks like for you. The plan starts here.

InBody Scan

Body composition testing at the start, middle, and end of the trial. A full breakdown of what you're made of: muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, hydration, and more. Results you can see and feel, not just a number on a scale.

Nutrition Support

A nutrition strategy built around your life, not against it. Goal-setting starts in your 1-to-1 consultation, then we build personalised macros with weekly check-ins and adjustments as you progress. No fad plans, no rules you cannot keep.

Common Questions

Do I need to be fit before joining IGNYT?

No. You do not need to be fit to start. We meet you at your level and build from there. Every session is scalable, so whether you have not trained in years or you are already active, you will be working at the right level for you from day one.

What exactly is included in the 6 weeks?

Small group personal training sessions, fitness classes, a 1-to-1 consultation with your coach, a movement screening, an InBody body composition scan at the start and end, nutrition support throughout, and access to the IGNYT training app.

What if I have never trained like this before, or never been to a gym like this?

You will be fine. Every member is welcomed and supported from day one. Whether you have lifted for years or never set foot in a gym, our levelled system means you progress at your own pace with something challenging but realistic.

Does IGNYT only offer physical training?

No. We take a full approach to your health and fitness. In your first weeks we work out what is actually holding you back, whether that is training, nutrition, or mindset, and build from there. No stone unturned.
