HYROX Training
HYROX Training in Haverhill
Train for the world's fastest-growing fitness race at IGNYT. Coached, structured and built around what the race demands of you.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is the world's fastest-growing fitness race. 8 kilometres of running, broken up by 8 functional workout stations.
The stations are sled push, sled pull, SkiErg, rowing, burpee broad jumps, kettlebell farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. You complete all 8, with a kilometre of running between each one.
It's a true test of running fitness, strength endurance, and the ability to keep moving when fatigued.
How we train for HYROX
One class on its own won't get you ready for race day. The training is built around what HYROX actually demands.
Engine Class
Sustained erg work on the SkiErg, BikeErg, and Rower. Builds the cardiovascular base you need to keep moving across all 8 stations without falling apart.
Personal Training
Strength work and technique on the big movement patterns: squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull. The foundation that carries directly into the HYROX stations, so you arrive at the race already strong.
HYROX Class
This is where the race-specific work happens. Compromised running (running under fatigue), station movements like sled push, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and kettlebell carries, all trained at the exact intensity HYROX demands. Every session is coached and builds on the last.
Whether you're entering your first race or chasing a PB, you'll be coached every step of the way. Most members pair race prep with our 1-1 and small-group personal training. If you're new to IGNYT, the simplest way in is to start with the 6-week challenge.
