What to expect
We’ll write about training, nutrition, and what actually happens inside IGNYT. That means practical content based on what we coach every day. When we write about building strength, it’s from coaching hundreds of sessions. When we write about nutrition, it’s what we actually tell members.
Posts will sit in four categories: Training, Nutrition, Member Stories, and News. Training and Nutrition will have the most volume. Member Stories will be real accounts from members at IGNYT, shared with their permission.
