Small Group PT - Full Body B

Service Description

WARM-UP Begin with a dedicated, coach-led warm-up designed to prime and prepare your body for the day’s workout. MAIN WORKOUT Our workout consists of 40-45 minutes of strength training followed by 10-15 minutes of aerobic work. You’ll lift weights, increase strength, and build lean muscle through compound and isolation exercises. Then, you’ll sweat it out during our aerobic capacity portion with workouts such as EMOMs, AMRAPs, and more! FIST BUMPS + Q&A At the end of the session, we share fist bumps and congratulate each other on our efforts. This is also an opportunity for everyone to ask their IGNYT coach questions about nutrition, recovery, and anything else that will help you reach your goals faster!
