Service Description

HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1 km, followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times. Our classes are designed to improve your aerobic capacity through the specific functional movements involved in HYROX. The exercise stations include running, SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing erg, farmer's carry, lunges, and wall balls. HYROX is for everyone - from professional athletes to everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level.
