Fitness at IGNYT WARM-UP Begin with a dedicated, coach-led warm-up designed to prime and prepare your body for the day’s workout. MAIN WORKOUT Our workout consists of 40-45 minutes of aerobic exercise. You’ll sweat it out through a combination of low-skill, high-yield functional movements and metabolic conditioning bouts. These sessions are designed to boost your fitness levels, enhance your cardiovascular health, and burn lots of calories. Whether you're looking to get fitter, increase your stamina, or just enjoy a great workout, our classes will help you achieve your goals. FIST BUMPS + Q&A At the end of the session, we share fist bumps and congratulate each other on our efforts. This is also an opportunity for everyone to ask their IGNYT coach questions about nutrition, recovery, and anything else that will help you reach your goals faster!

Cancellation Policy
IGNYT Fitness Booking Policy At IGNYT Fitness Ltd, we aim to make booking and attending sessions as seamless as possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all members, please review our updated booking and cancellation policies below. Booking Policy: - Advance Bookings: Members can book sessions up to 7 days in advance. - Booking Deadline: All bookings must be made at least 1 hour before the session start time. - Confirmation: Bookings will be confirmed via email or through the IGNYT Fitness app. Cancellation & No-Show Policy - Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the session start time. - Late Cancellations: Cancelling within 2 hours of a session or failing to attend will be classified as a late cancellation/no-show. - No-Show Consequences: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or additional charges as per your membership agreement. Modifications & Waitlist - Changing Bookings: Members can modify their bookings up to 2 hours before the session, subject to availability. - Waitlist: If a session is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, you will be automatically notified. General Booking Guidelines: - Punctuality: Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. - Session Access: Members arriving after the session has started may not be allowed entry, depending on the class structure. - Booking Support: For any issues with bookings or cancellations, contact our team at info@ignytfitness.com.
