Refund Policy

At IGNYT Fitness, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Please carefully review our refund policy below:

Monthly Group PT sessions and Classes:

Unused monthly group PT and classes are non-refundable as they are part of your monthly payment plan.

Mistaken Purchases:

If you have mistakenly made a purchase and have not attended any classes, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund for a mistaken purchase, please contact our customer support team at info@ignytfitness.com within 7 days of the purchase date.

Double Bookings:

If you have accidentally double-booked a class on the same slot, we will credit the double-booked class back to your account.

The credited class can be used for future bookings.

Refund Process:

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
